We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Online Chat or customercare@zudha.com or 302-303-CART(2278). If your return is accepted, we’ll send our delivery person to pickup the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as dairy products), vegetables, frozen food, and pooja supplies. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund amount will be refunded as store credit or on your original payment method based on determination of return type. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled and dispatched. A cancellation fee of 3% of your order total will apply. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Re-delivery

We make every effort to deliver your order on the day you choose while placing the order. Our delivery timings are between 12PM and 8PM Tuesday through Sunday. For Single family, Town homes we leave your order at your front entrance door by default, until and unless instructions are provided in the order notes. For apartments and businesses our drivers will call the contact number provided on the order to handover the order, we request to provide the delivery instructions in case if someone wont be at home/business to receive the order between 12PM and 8PM of your order date. If a delivery attempt fails, a re-delivery fee of $2.99 will apply for a second attempt. If the order is canceled, a fee of $3 or 3% of the order total (whichever is higher) will be charged as a restocking fee.

Store Pickup

Pickup orders at our warehouse is available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST Tuesday to Sunday. We are closed on Monday's. We reserve the right to cancel/adjust timings of pickup orders. During Diwali we are offering $5.00* gift card for orders over $50.00. $5.00 gift card offer for pickup orders are restricted to one per household.
